Great White Shark

Personal project. Game ready model of a great white shark. 4K texture (PBR), 21988 tris. Intended to be part of a bigger scene.

This was my first attempt at creating a realistic creature.

I started in Maya to get a good edgeflow for polygrouping the gills. Once I had a descent base, I detailed it in Zbrush. After finishing the highpoly, I used the lowest subdivision as a base for the lowpoly in Maya. It only needed minor tweaking. I baked all maps and textured it in Substance Painter. Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag and Substance Painter. I worked on the project from January to March 2018, in my spare time.
