Game ready model. Personal project, based on a mid 19th century diving helmet by August Siebe. It is pretty true to the original, but not 100%. Meant to be part of a bigger scene, that I'm working on.
Workflow was both high to low, and low to high, depending on the complexity of the different parts. The highpoly was made in Zbrush and partly in Marvelous Designer. All lowpoly and UV editing was done in Maya. Texturing was done in Substance Painter and some details and fixes in Photoshop. Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag.
Diver (including inside of helmet): 54947 tris, 2 x 4K textures. Hose & rope (≈10 meters): 27418 tris, 4K texture (with spare room on UV map for additional gear).
